House Tour – Master Closet

Thanks for joining me on my (see every room in my) “House Tour”! This is the last room to see on the second level then we’ll head down to the basement.

Our Master closet is not huge. We access it through the bathroom which totally works for me.

When we moved in there were 2 doors to the closet. One from the bathroom and one from the bedroom.

Which in my opinion wasted useful storage space in an already not-so-huge closet!

So I tore the bedroom access door out and closed it up! This created a wall in the bedroom for my dresser,

and a wall inside the closet for a built-in dresser. (And shelves above it if a person cared to put in the effort.)

The inside of the closet used to have 1 shelf and hanging bar all the way around.

I built a dresser and some shelves/cubbies and now it’s so tidy and organized (now that I have it mostly to myself that is! Love my hubby but we have different tolerance levels for closet clutter!)

Next house, I’m putting separate closets on my “Must Have” list. I can always dream!
